Yes, good evening. I'm sorry I never get to answer you back immediately because of the nature of my job. But my doctor was very patient and I got multiple callbacks, which was very important to me because sometimes, yeah, you call a number back and you get an extension and you don't know which doctor called you. Because I have a doctor in the same building, of the whole building, and sometimes I interlock the numbers. But which was more importantly, she asked me everything I needed to know, plus additional more questions that I'm not a physician, but she knew it was pertaining to my health to ask those questions. And I believe it helped for her to describe the medication I need. I think the doctors I have are perfect. Thank you and everybody have a good day.

The entire staff in Hope Towers has always been exceptional. Everyone is friendly. Everyone's nice, fast, efficient, very happy with it.

As a patient with chronic illness and a young adult and I've had many surgeries, Dr. Campbell went through all of my medical history with me and provided feedback and her recommendations to help me become healthier, which I really appreciated. She spent a great amount of time with me and was very, very kind. I will be with her until she retires.

Hello, my provider doctor was very informative and nice and she also is female. Being a male, I felt comfortable being in there. So the gender roles didn't matter and nothing but a pleasant experience.

To tell you the truth, I usually prefer male doctors. That's my own preference, but she's a female and she's very good. She's very thorough. She's very easy to communicate with and she seems to really be interested in what you're going through or your needs. So I appreciated that. I enjoyed having her assist me.

It was a pleasure meeting with Dr. N. Campbell. I feel better that I now have a Family Doctor affiliated with Hackensack Meridian as all my Doctors belong to the group.

Dr. Campbell is such a pleasure to see as a physician. She does a thorough physical exam, explaining everything she is examining and looking for. She explains her reasoning behind why she is prescribing something and puts the patient at ease when they express concerns regarding an ongoing medical issue. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs an internist and have already sent other people to see her.

After moving to this area, I came to see this doctor as a new patient. She had a lot of positive feedback. I had to wait 6 months and then I was cancelled. After calling the office and telling them how long I waited, they rescheduled me within a week. When I finally did get in, I was happy with my visit. She is personable and made me feel comfortable. I felt she didn't just listen to me but she also Heard me and all my concerns. She asked questions and gave what I felt were qualifying responses. I never felt rushed. She also helped me with referrals for other primary practitioners that I needed to replace because of my move. I would say it was worth the wait to see Doctor Campbell. I know she has other patients but when I'm in the exam room with any doctor, I want to feel that I have their full attention and is sensitive to my needs. If this visit is any indication of the type of care I can expect, then I feel we can build an enduring and healthy doctor/patient relationship.

This has nothing to do with Dr Campbell. But everything to do with the "check out" counter. I was given someone else's "After visit summary" and when I asked for the scripts the doctors had for me she said no there's nothing here. If something shows up we will mail it to you. I got a text after my visit that I didn't check out... that was odd because I did check out. It wasn't until I got home & sat down to look at my summary I realized it wasn't mine. I took it back the next day & picked up my patient summary & scripts.

It was an interesting experience, for two reasons: first, because it was my first session with a new doctor, and secondly, because my daughter, who is a long-term nurse at JSMC, had chosen to attend the session with me. Though it was a bit unusual, I enjoyed it.
